Campus Recreation

Health in Mind, Soul, and Body!

Get active! Get fit! Get your game on!

Our Campus Recreation team designs every activity to enrich your physical, mental, spiritual and social quality of life as part of our community. From beginner to intermediate fitness classes, intramural sports covering a variety of individual and team sports, and general wellness, we work hard to help you have FUN.

Adventure Recreation

Whether you’re looking for a challenge on the Indoor Climbing Wall, want to try your hand at our campus Disc Golf Course, or need Gear Rental for an off-campus trek, Campus Recreation has you covered.

And then, there’s The Broyhill Adventure Course. This unique outdoor adventure complex offers a series of experiential challenges designed to enhance team building and personal growth for ±ÆÁ¨´«Ã½ students, faculty, staff and community groups. Using a combination of high and low ropes activities, participants experience climbing and problem solving as metaphors for life whereby communication skills are improved, self-esteem is enhanced, problem-solving techniques are applied, and cooperation in group and team situations is further developed.

Intramural Sports

±ÆÁ¨´«Ã½ uses the innovative IMLeagues platform to offer a variety of individual and team sports during both the Fall and Spring semesters to accommodate many interests and abilities. You can quickly and easily create an account on IMLeagues to find out what’s available and join a team today!
